...a new smart glasses product which includes built in display. The NXTWEAR AIR can connect to other devices (smart phones, tablets, laptops, etc) via USB-c connection and provides a 1080p micro OLED display which is capable of generating the equivalent experience of a 140-inch screen, 4 meters away. This micro OLED display is capable of providing a 47 pixels-per-degree resolution and brings the welcome color contrasts and deep blacks expected from OLED technology.
The glasses also include built-in stereo speakers for spatial audio experiences. These wearable displays are also very lightweight, coming in at only 75g. This is 30% lighter than previous wearable displays. Suggested applications include enhanced privacy when working in public settings, large screen access in areas where there is no room for one, and watching videos or gaming with a movie theatre sized screen.
