The highly anticipated VR MMO - Zenith: The Last City has finally received a release date!
The title is coming January 27th to Steam VR, PSVR, and the Oculus Store (Quest 1 and 2) for $29.99 USD.
Developed by Indie developer RamenVR, this title fills the void of high production level MMO in VR, a genre that seems like a natural fit. Many eager fans have been trying to enter the Alpha and Beta trials of this game since summer 2021, with final Beta wrapping in in December 2021. Another sign of the popularity of this title is that they had successfully raised $10million in series A funding back in September, allowing the studio to make the game they really wanted to make.
Some of the outstanding features of Zenith are the beautiful visuals, the quick and responsive action RPG combat system, and MMORPG mainstays such as crafting and a highly flexible class system. The title also includes the ability to climb and "glide" around the environments. With the importance of the social interaction in this genre, being a VR title can really take it to the next level.
